1.  Before ordering ONLY a microfilm, use this link http://www.larfhc.org/microsearch.html to determine if the microfilm is available at the Los Angeles Regional Family History Center (LARFHC). If it is not, then:

2.  Print out this page - 1 copy for your records for each microfilm you want to order + 1 copy to mail with your order for each microfilm.

3.  Fill out one order form for each microfilm as follows:
A.  An order for Short-term Loan arrives about one week from receipt of your order and remains at the LARFHC for about 4 weeks after notification. Charges: $5.50 + tax $0.45 + Notification fee $0.10 = TOTAL $6.05
OR
B.  An order for Extended Loan to LARFHC for the permanent collection. Charges: $16.50 + tax $1.36 + Notification Fee $0.10 = TOTAL $17.96

4.  Make check payable to LARFHC and mail check and mail order form(s) to:
