Class Summaries

Those finishing this course will be awarded a certificate of completion. Additional growth in your understanding of family history can be obtained by answering the questions in the Bronze and Silver Certification Booklets. These are especially good for family history consultants and those who work at family history centers. These certification booklets also help you learn how to better use the resources at this regional family history center. These certification booklets were developed at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City for training their missionaries. They have been slightly modified for use at the Los Angeles Family History Library. All of the missionaries at the LAFHL are strongly encouraged to finish these booklets. Those who finish the Bronze (Silver) Certification Booklet will receive a Bronze (Silver) Certificate of Completion.
